Take a trip down memory lane with the nostalgic Peranakan dishes such as Nyonya Curry with French Baguette, Laksa Quiche, Homemade Peranakan Pork Sausage with Achar and assorted Nyonya kuehs.
Look forward to a curated lineup of English savouries including Smoked Loch Fyne Salmon, Cream Cheese, Avruga Caviar and Dill with Rye Bread, Ham and Cheese Wholemeal Toast with Truffles and Foie Gras Terrine and Fig Marmalade on Brioche. Also available is a delicious selection of petite sweets such as the Araguani Hazelnut Royaltine Entremet, Matcha Yuzu Lychee Entremet and Peach Oolong Éclair.

Our pastry team has prepared a series of chocolate accessories that incorporate the elements of the Peranakan culture.
