Lovingly conceptualised and tailored to parents with the most sophisticated palates, the two set menus showcase classic and fusion dishes inspired by the nostalgic memories of home cooking. Diners can look forward to the eight-course “Harmony Menu” featuring soulful staples such as Wok-fried Chinese Ramen with Seafood and Sakura Shrimps (樱花虾海鲜炒中华拉面), Traditional Mum’s Homemade Nutritious Soup (老妈靓汤) and Stewed Duck with Fragrant Yam in Fermented Beancurd Sauce (南乳香芋焖鸭), a sumptuous traditional specialty prepared with the red-hued fermented beancurd commonly found in Cantonese households.  

Alternatively, the six-course “Joyful Menu” showcases flavourful highlights prepared with luxurious ingredients such as the Steamed Alaskan Crab with Egg White and Chinese Wine (花雕蛋白蒸阿拉斯加蟹肉), Braised Imperial Swiftlet's Nest with Crab Meat served in Pumpkin (金盅蟹肉燕窝羹), and Stewed Lobster with Inaniwa Udon in Signature Homemade XO Chilli Sauce (極品酱龍蝦稻庭面) bursting with fresh flavours of the sea. Both menus come with iconic peach-shaped Mini Longevity Buns symbolising well-wishes for a long, healthy life in Chinese tradition.

The eight-course Harmony Menu is priced at $338 for four persons, while the six-course Joyful Menu is priced at $138 per person, for a minimum two persons.

Aside from the regular selection from Hai Tien Lo’s popular Weekend Dim Sum Brunch Buffet, diners can enjoy a complimentary serving of Dumpling Soup with Lobster and Mini Longevity Bun per person as part of Parents’ Day specials.

This Parents’ Day, Edge introduces an elevated buffet experience featuring a lavish medley of the ocean’s freshest catch along with a selection of premium dishes, in addition to its current tantalising array of Asian and international fare. Look forward to fresh Boston Lobsters, Snow Crab and freshly-shucked Oysters, succulent Roast Rib Eye of Beef in Green Peppercorn Sauce, Baked Oysters with Cheese Sauce and Brioche Crumbs, Pan-seared Foie Gras with Port Wine Sauce as well as local favourites such as Singaporean Chili Crab.

Revellers can conclude their meal on a sweet note, indulging in the Red Velvet Rose Cupcakes, Chocolate Pear Tart, Dulcey Chocolate Passion Cake and more delectable treats.
