Featuring an enhanced brunch experience with more than 50 dim sum creations and signature a la carte delicacies, the glorious dim sum brunch buffet includes New Executive Chef Ben Zeng's specialties such as the Double-boiled Mini Buddha Jumps over the Wall with Morel Mushrooms, and Braised Classic Whole Abalone and Beancurd accompanied with Broccoli in Supreme Stock; as well as our dim sum highlights including Steamed Charcoal Barbecue Pork Bun with Black Truffles and Steamed Pork and Prawns Dumplings with Fish Roe.
