Featuring an enhanced brunch experience with more than 60 dim sum creations and signature a la carte delicacies, the refreshed dim sum brunch buffet includes Chef’s specialties with the Combination of the Classic Braised Whole Abalone and Deep-fried Taro balls with Scallops, Mushrooms and Chicken Paste, and Deep-fried Prawns Rolls with Wasabi Mayonnaise Wrapped in Vermicelli; as well as our dim sum highlights including Steamed Vegetarian Dumplings with Truffles and Steamed Pork and Prawns Dumplings with Fish Roe.
