  • Classic Dim Sum: Steamed Prawn and Asparagus Dumplings; Steamed Charcoal Barbecue Pork Bun with Black Truffles and Pan-fried Rice Flour Rolls with Chef’s Signature Homemade XO Chilli sauce
  • Hai Tien Lo Signatures: Combination of Barbecued Roasted Duck and Honey-glazed Pork Belly; Cantonese-style Sweet and Sour Pork; Stir-fried Sliced Grouper with Salted Fish and Ginger Spring Onions
