Terms and conditions
- Valid for booking dates from 10 April 2023 to 15 August 2023 and stays from 11 October 2023 to 22 October 2023.
- Bookings must be made via a private link sent to conference delegates.
- All bookings must be guaranteed by the individual guests with a credit card upon reservation.
- Any cancellation must be made no later than 15 August 2023, otherwise a cancellation charge for the entire period shall apply.
A “no show” charge for the entire period of reservation will be applied and automatically charged to the guest’s credit card should the guest fail to arrive on the confirmed arrival date.
