Decked with delicately-crafted yuletide pastries that are almost too beautiful to eat, Florette’s Festive Afternoon Tea is a playful rendition of edible Christmas trees, baubles, reindeers and gifts, that will surprise your palate with every bite.
Highlights include the Black Forest Christmas Ball swathed in guanaja 70% dark chocolate, morello cherry confit, Christmas spices and kirsch bavarois and The Sweetest Gift wrapped in ivory white chocolate, coconut & lime ganache, almond joconde and strawberry chantilly. The afternoon tea set also comes with an epicurean selection of sandwiches, including Atlantic Lobster & Caviar, Egg & Black Truffle, Roast Turkey and Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese.
