Inspired by the season of new beginnings, Pan Pacific Perth delivers their renowned high tea in the fresh surrounds of Monty’s Restaurant. 

Celebrate the essence of spring, as Monty’s transforms to complement the spring-inspired menu with a burst of colour, floral accents, and elegant touches.

The refined menu showcases the joys of spring and captures the essence of the season's vibrant flavours, accompanied by a variety of indulgent cocktails featuring Old Young’s Pavlova Vodka and 1829 Gin.

High Tea guests will enjoy savoury delights, indulging in the ricotta and sweet corn pumpkin flower, gin infused cucumber finger sandwiches and Chef Audren's famous chicken sandwich. Freshly baked apple and cinnamon scones with cream and jam is set to satisfy. The top tier features vibrant sweet treats inclusive of a tropical slice with coconut dacquoise, passionfruit, pineapple and mango mousse. The culinary team’s attention to detail is sure to amaze in every bite.

• Changes or amendments to the booking will not incur a fee if outside of the following guidelines: 
  • Tables up to 8 pax: 48 Hours notice – thereafter a AUD40 per person charge will be made for any cancellations. 
  • Tables 9+ pax: 7 days’ notice – thereafter a AUD40 per person charge will be made for any cancellations. 
• All Dietary and Allergy requirements must be notified 48 hours in advance of booking. 
• All allergies are taken very seriously. Note we do not have Epi pen on site.
• Dietaries given on the day may not be able to be fully catered for.
