We’re opening our doors on Sunday, 26 January, for an Australian dining experience with a signature twist at UMA Restaurant. While Australia Day invites reflection on our nation's journey, it’s also a chance to celebrate our vibrant community over the world’s greatest connector—good food.

Indulge in our special Australia Day menu or UMA’s signature à la carte options, both crafted by Executive Chef Xerxes Bodhanwala. For groups of six or more, the set menu is the star, showcasing the finest local ingredients in every dish. The Australia Day menu is AUD135 per person, with the option to add matching wines for AUD45 on the day.
Step into our exclusive poolside area to enjoy a restricted but enchanting view of the light show over the Swan River. Raise a complimentary glass of sparkling wine as parts of the night sky come alive in celebration. Afterwards, return to UMA and continue your evening in style.
Seating times are available from 5:30pm, with the last seating at 9:30pm. Pre-authorisation is required for bookings selecting the Australia Day menu.
