Poached WA Lobster, turmeric tigers milk, sea purslane.

Papa rellena 
Traditional Peruvian street food stuffed potato croquette, huacatay chilli sauce.

Cordero al palo 
Andean style slow cook lamb marinated in Peruvian chillis, herbs and fermented corn beer for 48 hours.


Seco Sauce – coriander and beer sauce.

Salsa criolla – fresh combination of chilli and onion, lemon and Peruvian chilli dressing.

Selection of winter beans with Andean style pachamanca sauce.

Yuca y patatas
Cassava and potato gratin

A traditional Peruvian street dessert sweet potato, toasted coconut served with saffron ice-cream.

  • Pre-authorisation is required to secure your booking to our Peruvian Independence Day dinner at UMA. No charge will be made at the time of booking.
  • Late cancellations with 24 hours or less and no shows will be charged in full.
  • All prices include 10% Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T.).
  • A Merchant Service Fee of 0.99% for Alipay, 1.25% for Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Union Pay, and 3% for Diners and JCB will be applied to all credit card payments.
