Terms and Conditions

 
  • An additional charge of AUD15 per person is required for weddings held on a Sunday.
  • All package inclusions are subject to minimum numbers of 60 people.
  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive, quoted per person and subject to change. 
  • Overnight suite accommodation to be used on the night of the wedding reception.
  • Honeymoon accommodation to be used on the night or night after the wedding reception and can be used at any Pan Pacific or PARKROYAL Hotel globally.
  • Menu tasting is for plated menu options only.
  • Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
  • A maximum of two guests are permitted in the Presidential Suite at all times.
  • Pan Pacific Perth imposes a no party and excessive noise policy at all times. Immediate eviction without refund will be strictly enforced without warning to any person(s) found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in the suite or exceeding the number of permitted guests.
  • A Merchant Service Fee of 0.99% for Alipay, 1.25% for Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Union Pay, and 3% for Diners and JCB will be applied to all credit card payments.
