Indulge in Night Market Delights such as the "Bigger Than Face" XXL Crispy Chicken Cutlet, paired perfectly with Taiwan’s iconic Bubble Milk Tea.
For seafood enthusiasts, the Taiwan Wok Fried Seafood selection features a variety of lobsters and crabs, prepared with authentic Taiwanese flavors. Do not miss out on the Taiwanese Classics — Oyster Mee Sua with Fried Oysters piled high, Lu Rou Fan topped with braised minced beef, and a selection of Taiwan-style Re Chao hot dishes like Stir-fried Squid with Basil and Chilli, Jin San Braised Duck, and Sesame Oil Chicken.

"'Bigger-Than-Face" XXL Crispy Chicken Cutlet
The classic Taiwan Night Market street food, this enormous chicken cutlet is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and truly bigger than your face! A delight for both the eyes and taste buds.
Steam Crab with Glutinous Rice
Delicately steamed to perfection, this dish features succulent crab served alongside fragrant glutinous rice. About the Chef
Alan Ho
President of Taiwan Chefs Association
Chef Alan Ho is a distinguished culinary expert, currently serving as the President of Taiwan Chefs Association. He has a robust background in both education and practical experience, having been an Adjunct Assistant Professor and an international judge with the World Association of Chefs' Societies (WACS).
Chef Ho's illustrious career includes numerous accolades, such as serving as Chief Judge for the 2022 TCAC Taiwan International Culinary Challenge and earning the Gold Medal for Main Course Demonstration at the 2016 FHA Singapore International Culinary Competition. His significant contributions to the culinary field have been widely recognised and celebrated.
