This April, we showcase our new no pork no lard local delights buffet menu featuring new highlights, only available for buffet dinner, such as Lobster Nasi Lemak, Ginger "Ramly" Burger, Black Pepper Lobster, Lamb Murtabak and the famous Haig Road Putu Piring at Ginger, PARKROYAL on Beach Road. Buffet menu is on rotation basis and are subject to change.

From 5 to 30 April, the Michelin Recommended Haig Road Putu Piring will be available at Ginger with limited quantities available. Guests can also look forward to enjoying the Putu Piring as part of a live station during dinner service on Fridays and Saturdays, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23 and 24 April 2021.
