  • Sichuan Three Delicacies 豆花三拼 : 蒜泥白肉/口水鸡/葱油饼

  • Homemade Spinach Noodles Soup with Wagyu Beef 和牛青菠面
  • Unlimited servings of chicken dishes:
    • “Chong Qing” Diced Chicken with Dried Chilli 重庆辣子鸡 - A Sichuan classice, diced chicken is first marinated with salt, hua diao wine, ginger juice and cornstarch before deep frying to a rich golden hue. Next, it is tossed with peppercorn, dried chilli, ginger, spring onions, garlic, and coated sesame oil just before the dish is served.
    • Diced Chicken with Dried Chilli and Cashew Nuts 宫保腰果鸡丁 - Marinated diced chicken is fried with dried chilli, peppercorn, ginger, spring onions, garlic and seasoned with salt, sugar, vinegar and hua diao wine before topping with fired up cashews.
    • Stir-fried Chicken in Garlic and Chilli Sauce 鱼香八块鸡
  • Chilled Chrysanthemum Apple Jelly 苹果菊花冻
