Introducing Chef Fukuda Koji

PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur is pleased to welcome the Executive Chef of Pullman Tokyo Tamachi, Chef Fukuda Koji, to the vibrant district of Bukit Bintang.
With over 30 years of experience, Chef Koji has traversed the gastronomic realm in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, creating dishes that are as memorable as they are delicious. He is currently the creative mind behind Pullman Tokyo Tamachi, fusing contemporary Mediterranean cuisine with true Japanese flavours for guests to indulge in.
Chef Koji is also a proud Lambassador for Aussie Lamb.
