AquaMarine celebrates cuisines from around the world with its sumptuous selection that includes a Halal-certified buffet spread of Asian and international favourites.
The extensive seafood-on-ice offers endless servings of steamed live prawns, juicy black mussels, succulent crabs and fresh clams, while the Japanese counter delights with sushi and thick slices of freshly cut sashimi. Diners will also be treated to a visual feast at the show kitchen where chefs demonstrate their culinary prowess as they serve up fork-tender beef, lamb and other culinary highlights according to each month’s gastronomical theme. To complete the dining experience, the dessert corner satiates the sweet tooth with AquaMarine’s signature durian pengat and kueh kuehs in addition to the lavish spread of cakes.
