From 3 January to 5 February 2023, indulge in the six-course Delightful Set Menu to usher in a delightful Year of the Rabbit, and auspicious blessings at Peach Blossoms. This menu is available for lunch and dinner, and must-try creations from Executive Chinese Chef Edward Chong include Alaskan King Crab and Zucchini Flower in Kombu Dried Scallop Broth, Braised Dried Abalone served with Crispy Sea Cucumber, Una Don and Sliced Suckling Pig in Mini Claypot, accompanied with Collagen Fish Soup, and the exquisitely-handcrafted dessert The Moonlight Rabbit, 'Lava' Custard Carrot, Red Dates and Osmanthus Jelly.
