Portman's Bar offers a special take on the Lunar New Year festivities with an Oriental Afternoon Tea available from 3 January until 12 February 2025. Savor an exquisite menu that blends traditional and contemporary flavours, thoughtfully curated by Pastry Chef Helice Hong.
Priced from $68++ per person (minimum of two guests), indulge in a selection of delectable savouries and sweets, including Homemade Vanilla and Chicken Floss Scone with Clotted Cream and Orange and Osmanthus Marmalade, Char-grilled Whole Abalone, Pekin Duck with Black Truffle Hoisin, Crab Salad Tart with refreshing pomelo and mango bits, a medley of Avocado, Smoked Salmon and Roe canapes, and Chicken Bak Kwa and Cheddar sandwiched within an indulgent French Toast.
