Feasts of Fortune — 2 January to 5 February 2023

Excite your taste buds with our tender and juicy herb-infused Salt Baked Chicken, Pan-Fried Lamb Chop with Szechuan Pepper, Hong Kong-Style "Bi Feng Tang" Wok-Fried Crab and the list goes on! Leave space for our classic must-haves; Black Mussels in Saffron Broth, Oven Roasted Beef Prime Rib and not forgetting the Signature Pickering Laksa. Keep an eye out as our chefs' signature tasting dishes like the Four Treasures Soup and  Deep Fried Taro Pork Wrap make their way around the dining hall throughout the meal. Sweet treat lovers should not miss our Deep Fried Golden Nian Gao and Sweet Ginger Soup with Glutinous Rice Balls to complete the reunion feast.
