• Booking period from now until 17 June 2023.
• Stay period from 18 to 22 June 2023
• Room rates are inclusive of breakfast.
• In the event of a ‘No-show’, a full duration room charge will be imposed on the guest’s personal credit card.
• For pre and post-event stays, kindly write to group.prsps@parkroyalcollection.com for assistance.
• Hotel’s check-in time is at 3:00pm; check-out time is at 12:00pm.
• Early check-in / late check-out is subject to room availability. For confirmed early arrivals, we propose a one-night chargeable pre-block prior to the guest’s arrival date. Guaranteed late check-out until 6:00pm will be chargeable at 50% of the quoted rate. A full day’s rate will be charged for late check-out after 6:00pm.
