Terms and conditions

• Valid for bookings from 23 March to 13 September 2023.
• Valid for stays from 13 to 17 November 2023.
• Your room reservation requires a credit card guarantee subject to the cancel/deposit policy. Accepted cards: AMEX, DINERS, MASTERCARD and VISA.
• Please note that a merchant service fee of 1.25% for Visa/MasterCard/AMEX and 3% for Diners/JCB will be applied to all credit card payments.
• Cancellation penalty of the full accommodation stay will be charged if reservation is cancelled 30 days out from arrival.
• Credit Card Pre-Authorisation require for the total room rate payable plus AUD50 per night. After account settlement, any remaining funds will be returned between 5 to 10 working days.
