With the purpose of bringing new delights to diner’s palate, Executive Chef Leung Wing Chung (梁永祥) crafted a special a la carte menu comprising of 18 famed dishes, mostly highly prized delicacies all around "Jiang Nan" (South of Yangtze river in China).
Highlights of the menu include the Deep-fried Minced Meat Roll (江南酥腿), Braised Fish Maw, Abalone, Sea Cucumber and Conpoy in Brown Broth (京式满壇香) and the Pork Rib with “Zhe Jiang” Vinegar in Zheng Jiang Style (浙江镇江骨).
