To heighten the celebration of this annual fête, Chef Leung has curated two Six-Course Dragon Boat Festival Set Menus - one menu for dine-in and another for delivery or taking away, featuring his signature Rice Dumplings and complemented by timeless Cantonese dishes.

Back by popular demand, is the traditional Cantonese jumbo rice dumpling (鲍鱼港式裹蒸粽) packed with premium ingredients such as pork belly, abalone, conpoy, black mushroom, chestnuts and lotus seeds. An alternative to the usual pork fillings, the Brown Rice and Wagyu Beef (和牛五谷粽) comes packed with tender and flavourful meat. The most colourful Chilled Sago Dumpling with Purple Potato, Red Bean and Lychee (雪花紫薯豆沙水晶粽) completes the collection as a delectable sweet treat.
