Terms and conditions

• Offer is valid until 31 December 2021.
• This offer is exclusively to St. Gregory spa at PARKROYAL Penang Resort only.
• Advance reservations are required one day before as appointments are subject to availability. 
• Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any existing offers, vouchers, discounts and privileges, unless otherwise stated.
• Blackout dates apply.
• In the event of late-coming, guest may still proceed with scheduled treatment and session will end according to the time reserved. Alternatively, guests will have the option to reschedule their appointment.
• Cancellation or rescheduling less than twelve hours from appointment slot will be charged 50% of requested service fee. A full charge will be imposed in the event of a no-show.
• All rates quoted are inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 0% Sales and Services Tax. 
• The Management reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion without prior notice.
