• Full non-refundable pre-payment is required upon confirmation.  For security reasons, please ensure that you use the same credit card for your pre-payment and check-in at the hotel.
• Rates may differ throughout your stay.
• Benefits cannot exchanged for cash.
• Food & Beverage discount excluding in-room dining and minibar.
• Confirmation is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
• Upon check-in at the hotel, miscellaneous deposit of MYR200 per room/night must be guaranteed by credit card or cash.
• All rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 6% Service Tax & Local Government Fee of MYR3 per room per night. Tourism Tax of MYR10 per room per night for non-Malaysian guests will be charged upon check-in.
