Terms and conditions

• Offer is valid for bookings from 2 January to 14 June 2018.
• Minimum two nights stay required.
• Full non-refundable pre-payment is required upon confirmation. For security reasons, please ensure that you use the same credit card for your pre-payment and check-in at the hotel.
• Confirmed bookings cannot be modified or cancelled and is subject to availability.
• Upon check-in at the hotel, miscellaneous deposit of RM150 per room/night must be guaranteed by credit card or cash.
• Food and beverage savings excludes in-room dining, minibar and other promotions.
• Spa savings is only applicable to a la carte menu.
• Rates may differ throughout your stay.
• Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 6% Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Local Government Fee of RM3 per room per night. Effective 1 September 2017, an additional Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night will apply for non-Malaysians. Goods and Services Tax is based on room rates and 10% Service Charge.
