Hotel Policy

Rates Policy	Rates are inclusive of 10% GST and quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Child Policy	Children under 12 years old are allowed to share the room without additional charges using the existing bedding.
Rollaway Beds	The maximum number of persons for each room type is two. One additional rollaway bed in a Deluxe, Premier or Executive Room is available at AUD70 per night. One additional rollaway bed in a Club King Room, Premier Suite or Club Suite is available at AUD95 per night, inclusive of Pacific Club Lounge access for additional guest.
Baby Cot/Crib Hire	Complimentary for a maximum of one child under two years upon request (subject to availability).
Breakfast Pricing	Full buffet breakfast at Monterey's Restaurant is available at AUD38 per person, per night (price includes GST).
Airport Shuttle	Please contact our Concierge Team to arrange for shuttle or limousine service at special rates.
Parking Fee	Hotel parking is available 24 hours a day and is subject to availability. Self-parking is available at AUD30 per 24 hours or per exit. Please note a charge of AUD30 is applied each time the car park is exited.
Valet Parking	Valet parking is available 24 hours a day at AUD50 per night, including unlimited entry and exit.
Payment Types	The Hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners. Please note that a Merchant Service Fee of 1.1% for Visa, MasterCard and 3% for Diners, American Express and JCB will be applied to all credit card payments.
Accessibility	Wheelchair-accessible rooms and bathrooms are available at the Hotel.
Smoking Rooms	The Hotel has a no-smoking policy. Please speak with our team for designated smoking areas.
Advance Purchase	Please note that reservations for advance purchases are strictly non-refundable. In the event of a refund approved by the hotel management due to unforeseen circumstances, the Hotel will not be held responsible for any foreign currency exchange loss or transaction fee by the issuing bank.
