Good location, nice ambiance and people. The hotel is also surrounded with good dim sum and Shanghai-style restaurants, local xiao chi, bars, night club and the best coffee streets.

We were treated as special guests from the moment we got out of the taxi. Room was large and comfortable. Beautiful view from the executive lounge and the breakfast buffet was filed with many choices.

I've stayed many times at Pan Pacific Xiamen and the staffs there were always friendly and helpful. I like the quiet rooms on the mountainside especially. I will return again soon!

The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and the Pacific Club had very useful benefits. Excellent room service and cleaning. Location is good on the island.

I've stayed at Pan Pacific Xiamen for about 7 years. On my last trip, one of the managers called me on her day off to arrange my trip to Gulangyu Island. A very enjoyable stay.
