Celebrate weekends with a dash of sparkle at Keyaki with its refreshed kaiseki-style Bubbly Brunch, featuring a curated menu of 40 dishes in an eight-course menu, consisting of a selection of perennial Japanese culinary favourites and 20 new dishes specially created by Master Chef Hiroshi Ishii.
This customisable dining experience presents a menu of eight courses with five options per course, allowing guests to tailor their culinary experience by selecting their delicacy of choice from each course to best suit their tastes. Enhance your experience with a selection of unlimited bubblies, such as Laurent Perrier Brut NV Champagne, Sparkling Akazaru Shochu, Mio Sparkling Sake, Manzairaku Kaga Umeshu Soda and Tiger Beer.
Available every weekend from 11:30am to 2:30pm, the eight-course menu is priced at SGD75 or SGD135 per person (with unlimited bubblies).
