Singapore, 20 May 2015 - Pamper your palate with a Neptunian repast at Hooked@Edge. Featuring a refreshed menu, Edge’s signature seven ‘live’ open kitchens now boast culinary presentations that will steer you on an epicurean journey to East Asia, Europe, and back to the Straits Settlements.
Every Wednesday and Thursday evening, indulge in the pristine flavours of marine gems. Moreish Seafood Paella will whisk you to Valencia, Seafood Ceviche to the coasts of South America, and Korean Seafood Pancake to the Land of the Morning Calm.
Other noteworthy dishes include Seafood Chowder with Puff Pastry redolent with buttery fragrance, Drunken Prawns with Chinese Wine, creamy Salted Egg Crab, and a la minute Oven-baked Seafood—seasoned simply with garlic butter and cooked in a stone oven, the succulence of the fresh tiger prawns, mussels and stingray comes through in each mouthful.
Guests can also look forward to Edge’s Signature Fish Head Curry served tableside. Handcrafted based on an heirloom recipe, this aromatic dish showcases fresh ingredients infused with traditional spices and flavours that celebrate Singapore’s rich culinary heritage.
Hooked@Edge is available on Wednesday and Thursday evenings and is priced at $88 per adult inclusive of unlimited local beverages, coffee and tea.
