Terms and conditions

• Valid for bookings from 2 May to 31 July 2023 and for stays from 1 June to 31 August 2023.
• Bookings can be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival (hotel time) after which a one-night penalty applies.
• Subject to availability and black-out dates apply.
• One-time redemption of ice cream, candy bags or cookies is subject to change and availability.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
• Prevailing taxes and service charges apply.
• Complimentary accommodation for up to two children under 12 years is based on existing bedding only.
• Extra bed is available on request and maybe subject to applicable charges (varies by hotel).
• Daily breakfast and housekeeping not included on Sundays and public holidays for all Singapore Serviced Suites.
• In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
• The 2X DISCOVERY Dollars promotion is available to all members of the GHA DISCOVERY programme.
• Eligible reservations must be booked on panpacific.com, Pan Pacific DISCOVERY app or directly through our hotels.
• Stays must be completed by 31 August 2023 and ongoing stays that end after 31 August 2023 will not be eligible for the promotion.
• Ineligible rates do not qualify for earning 2X DISCOVERY Dollars.
• Promotional D$ are subject to a limited expiry term of six (6) months from the date of issuance while base D$ earned on a member’s stay will be subject to expiration based on standard tier-based expiration rules.
• Pan Pacific DISCOVERY membership, earning and redemption are subject to the programme terms and conditions.
