• Offer is valid for stays from now until 30 December 2024.
• A minimum of 14 days advance booking is required to make a reservation.
• 72 hours prior to arrival cancellation notice is required, if not one-night penalty will apply.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
• Advance rental pre-payment is required on the day reservation has been made.
• The credit card used for pre-payment must be presented upon check-in for authorization and verification.
• Rooms are subject to availability and black-out dates may apply.
• Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
• Amendment and cancellation are subject to Serviced Suite’s guarantee and cancellation policy.
• Rates are subject to prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) only. There is no Service Charge applicable.
• Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road, Singapore reserves the right to terminate or amend promotional details without prior notice.
