Music, dance and more at the Singapore Night Festival

Singapore Night Festival aims to show the city in a completely different light while re-establishing Singapore as a city dedicated to its art and cultural scene. With interactive light installations, fresh street food and captivating live performances – the Singapore Night Festival is one of the most anticipated events of the year.

During the Singapore Night Festival, the city’s biggest cultural institutions open their doors to visitors for a special programme of events. Spread out over the city there are dozens of spectacular aerial performances, as well as live dancing, music and thought provoking art installations.

Cultural hubs – like the National Museum of Singapore, the Peranakan Museum, Singapore Art Museum and The Substation – all host a variety of night time events for visitors to enjoy, with talks, seminars, special exhibitions and performances among just a few of the things to expect.

Finally, Night Light, a programme of interactive light installations around the city, helps turn Singapore’s best cultural institutions into works of art and wonder, with the Singapore Art Museum and National Museum of Singapore both transformed into glowing beacons for the festival.

The Singapore Night Festival offers events that are both free and ticketed, making it easy for visitors to be spontaneous and enjoy many different aspects of the celebration.

Visitors wishing to attend should start at the heart of the festival on Armenian Street, which is transformed into a pedestrian only zone for live performances.
