The Role
To function as the Production Manager for all culinary goods and products. Ensure food costs are kept in-line and Business Plan objectives are achieved. Provide consistent quality food and service to Internal and External customers by adhering to and enforcing all PPHG’s standards and training.
Talent Profile
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities.
- High customer service focus.
- Ability to think independently, possess good judgement, proven problem-solving skills and effective decision-making skills.
