Amelia Matheson
Australian-born Matheson leads the commercial strategy for the restaurants and work closely with Samper to deliver world-class dining experiences at Pan Pacific Orchard. Having moved from Melbourne to Singapore in 2014, Amelia has been part of the city’s dynamic, evolving F&B scene ever since.
It’s a privilege to share our stories with our guests through remarkable food and drink, and we welcome guests to embark on a unique culinary adventure with us at Mosella.
