Our Team Recommends

Guests of the Pan Pacific can learn about Seattle’s past and present traditions while visiting the many eclectic museums and exhibit offerings in town. The South Lake Union neighbourhood is home to important historical Seattle points of interest, including the city’s first green space, Denny Park and The Center for Wooden Boats, on the shore of the lake. With strong cultural influences in arts and music, the neighbourhood is home to the Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI) and MoPOP, the Museum of Pop Culture. Our unique city continues to thrive, offering modern additions such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Chihuly Garden and Glass.  During your visit, we hope you enjoy the opportunity to explore the rich heritage which surrounds you!

Being an aviation enthusiast all my life, made my relocation to Beautiful Seattle even more exciting! This is Boeing Country and what privilege it is to be able to visit the Museum of Flight. Just 20 minutes away at Boeing Field, this one of a kind aviation museum and one of the world’s leading collections of aircrafts and artifacts including a Concorde, the very first 747 or 787 Dreamliner and a former Air Force One. It houses exhibitions from both World Wars, origins of Civil Aviation and Boeing Company and a pavilion just about Spacecraft. It is uniquely curated with changing exhibitions and if you are lucky you might even get to witness a test flight of the newest Boeing jet at the active Boeing Airfield. There is always an opportunity to smell jet fuel and hear raring engines taking off!
