Floral Fantasy Afternoon Tea
Paying homage to our Singaporean ethos, our latest afternoon tea collection in The Orchid Lounge is inspired by the floral fantasy of the renowned Singaporean landmark Gardens by the Bay. This new seasonal collection is made up of four decadent delicate patisseries inspired by four areas of floral fantasy: Dance, Float, Waltz and Drift.
In-keeping with our Singapore offering, traditional scones have been replaced with matcha scones and steamed pandan mantou alongside kaya jam, a signature Singaporean coconut spread. Whilst the savoury offering
showcases deep fried milk and a siu mai basket of prawn, spinach and beef.
