- Valid until the day of the event and rates may differ throughout your stay.
- Subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
- Any cancellations must be made a minimum 30 days prior to date of arrival or a one night's cancellation fee will apply.
- Should a guest fail to arrive or if any cancellations are made within 14 days prior to date of arrival, a cancellation fee equal to the full accommodation stay will apply.
- Early departures are treated as cancelled room nights and penalties will apply for each night cancelled.
- A merchant service fee of 1.1% for Visa, MasterCard and 3% for Diners, Amex and JCB will be applied to all credit card payments.
