Terms and Conditions

- Inclusive of service charge, Sales and Service Tax and Penang hotel fee (RM3), and tourism tax (RM10 for non-Malaysians).
- Durain farm experience, guests are encouraged to dress comfortably in sportswear and appropriate footwear.
- Guests acknowledge that participation in the farm experience is entirely at their own risk, and the hotel shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during the activity.
- The durian farm experience operates from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, subject to weather and availability. In the event of inclement weather, the activity will be rescheduled to the next available slot.
- Guests are required to complete and sign an indemnity and liability waiver form prior to participating in the durian farm experience.
- The durian experience at Ah Teik Durian scheduled from 10:00am to 10:00pm only, subject to availability and weather conditions.
- Guests acknowledge that participation in the activity is at their own risk, and the hotel shall not be held responsible for any injuries, loss, or incidents that may occur during the trip.
