- The wedding package is applicable for weddings and wedding-related celebrations held at the hotel.
- All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to prevailing taxes and service charges, unless otherwise stated.
- The package is subject to a minimum guaranteed number of guests/tables.
- Package inclusions are as stated and may not be substituted for cash or other benefits.
- Additional guests, food, beverages, or services beyond the package inclusions will be charged separately at the prevailing rates.
- A confirmed booking is subject to availability and receipt of the required deposit.
- The deposit paid is non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the hotel.
- Final guest numbers and event arrangements must be confirmed by the agreed deadline prior to the wedding date.
- Any reduction in the confirmed number of guests/tables after the final confirmation may be subject to charges based on the confirmed minimum guarantee.
- Menu selections and other arrangements are subject to confirmation with the hotel prior to the event.
- The hotel reserves the right to make reasonable changes to menus, package inclusions, or arrangements where necessary, while maintaining comparable value and quality.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless prior written approval is obtained from the hotel. Applicable corkage or other charges may apply.
