Check-in & Check-out

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to register and check in to a suite. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, while check-out time is by 12:00 PM.

Rates Policy

Rates are subjected to prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) and no service charge. 

Child Policy

A maximum of one child under the age of six years old is allowed to share the one-bedroom suites and a maximum of two children under the age of six years old are allowed to share the two-bedroom without additional charges using existing bedding.

Rollaway Beds

Rollaway beds are available upon request for selected suite categories, subject to availability and suite layout configuration. A charge of SGD80+ per suite per night applies, subject to prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST). Rates are subject to revision without prior notice.

Baby Cot/Crib Hire

Complimentary upon request (subject to availability).

Breakfast Service

Complimentary daily buffet breakfast is available at the Pacific Lounge from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Breakfast service is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays. 

Airport Transfer Service

Please contact our Guest Services Ambassador to arrange for limousine service at special rates.

Parking Fee

Complimentary basement parking is available for all in-house guests. Click here for further information.

Valet Parking

Valet parking service is not available.

Payment Types

The Serviced Suite accepts Visa, Master, American Express, JCB, Diners, and Union Pay. Please note that we do not accept bookings made by debit card. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the serviced suite.

To ensure a safe, serene, and comfortable environment for all guests, kindly observe the following guidelines: 

• Children below 12 years of age are not permitted to use the hot and cold tubs or steam rooms. 
• Guests who are feeling unwell or have medical conditions sensitive to heat are advised to refrain from using the facilities. 
• To maintain a clean and pleasant environment, food and beverages are not permitted within the spa area.
• To preserve the spa’s serene atmosphere, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum.

The Serviced Suites are Wheelchair Friendly.

Our serviced suites is committed to providing accessible facilities and services for our guests. Some of our accessible features include:

• Grab bars in the bathroom
• Built-in shower seat
• Wheelchair-accessible Pacific Lounge with an accessible restroom on the same level
• Height-adjustable shower head
• Emergency call button in the bathroom
• Accessible parking is available at our hotel

Smoking Area

The Serviced Suites has a no-smoking policy within its public areas and suites. Smoking is only permitted at our Sky Gardens located at Level 3, 7 and 15. A cleaning fee of SGD 300 per suite per incident will apply for any violation of this policy.
