Terms and conditions

• Valid for bookings from 3 June to 27 November 2019, for stays between 24 November to 1 December 2019.
• Preferences cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Should a guest wish to cancel their booking, PAN PACIFIC MELBOURNE must be notified 30 days prior to the arrival date or 1 night’s cancellation charge will apply.
• Should a guest fail to arrive at the Hotel or if a room is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date (4pm) the guest will be charged 100% of their full stay.
• Early departures are treated as cancelled room nights. Cancellation penalties will apply for each night cancelled.
