• Offer is valid for bookings made between 4 December 2018 to 9 November 2019, for stays between 10 to 21 November 2019.
• Subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
• Any cancellations must be made a minimum 30 days prior to date of arrival or a one night's cancellation fee will apply.
• Should a guest fail to arrive or if any cancellations are made within 14 days prior to date of arrival, a cancellation fee equal to the full accommodation stay will apply.
• Early departures are treated as cancelled room nights and penalties will apply for each night cancelled.
• Quoted bedroom rates will be offered based on availability to your attendees three calendar days before and three calendar days after the Event Dates, subject to availability.
• Accommodation rates are provided in accordance with the number of rooms you have indicated.
• A merchant service fee of 1.1% for Visa, MasterCard and 3% for Diners, Amex and JCB will be applied to all credit card payments.
