Join the team at Pan Pacific Melbourne, in our Executive Club Lounge. As an Executive Club Lounge Host, you will be the face of our Executive Club Lounge, delivering personalised service to VIPs and frequent travelers in a refined and relaxed setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist Executive Floor guests with warmth and professionalism

• Serve breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails with attention to detail

• Anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored service

• Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the lounge

• Assist with concierge services and guest requests

• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless service

Ideally you will have

• Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
