Reporting to Public Areas & Stewarding Manager, we are seeking a positive and proactive Stewarding Supervisor to join our team at Pan Pacific Melbourne. In this role, you will oversee the stewarding operations, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained throughout our facilities. 

The successful Stewarding Supervisor will:

• Supervise and train stewarding staff
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment 
• Implement and maintain cleaning schedules and protocols 
• Collaborate with the Kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation
• Foster a positive team environment, promoting team work and career growth. 

Ideally you will have:

• Previous experience in a stewarding or kitchen environment with supervisory experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends
