As an Food & Beverage Service Team Leader (In-Room Dining), you will enhance overall guest experience by executing impeccable room service to allow guests to dine in the comfort of their rooms.

Our Expectations:

• Take and accurately record guest orders via phone or in-person.
• Provide menu recommendations and address any guest queries and dietary restrictions.
• Assemble food & beverage orders for delivery to guestroom, ensuring that food hygiene and standards are maintained at all times.
• Deliver orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
• Present bill to guests, explain charges and process payments accordingly
• Assist the Assistant In-Room Dining Manager/Manager to guide and coach the team, where needed.
  
• Comply with all relevant Workplace Safety & Health practices and maintains a safe workplace for all Associates.
  
• Ensure that the Hotel’s properties and facilities are protected and are kept in good working condition. 

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with at least 1 to 2 years experience in In-Room Dining or in a Restaurant setting from a luxury brand.  If you are someone with excellent communication skill and passionate about delivering exceptional service, write in to have a chat with us!
