About the Role

Pan Pacific Perth is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we are seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Revenue to lead our Revenue team and contribute to our Senior Leadership group. This is a pivotal role that will shape the commercial success of the hotel, driving revenue performance across all segments.

As Director of Revenue, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies that optimize profitability and market share. You will lead the revenue management function, including pricing, inventory control, forecasting, and distribution, while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align commercial goals.

Reporting to the Director of Commercial, in this role you will:

• Demonstrated success in driving RevPAR and market share performance through strategic yield management.

• A degree from an accredited University in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel Management, or related major.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.

• Proficient in hotel systems in RMS, PMS, CRS, GDS, Channel Managers, OPERA, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• The ability to adapt to a frequently changing market environment, be proactive, and have the ability to “think outside of the box”

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-driven revenue strategies across all channels.

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support business decisions.

• Optimize pricing and inventory management to maximize RevPAR and GOP.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of revenue goals.

• Monitor market trends and competitor performance to identify opportunities.

• Drive innovation in systems, tools, and processes to enhance revenue outcomes.

About You

• Previous experience in a luxury or flagship urban property.

• Proven pre-opening or repositioning experience.

• Multimarket or cross-cultural leadership exposure.

• Familiarity with corporate reporting processes and owner communications.
