- Bookings can be modified or cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival (Japan Standard Time).
- Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card at the time of booking.
- Upgrades are based on room-to-room or suite-to-suite category upgrades. No upgrade will be provided from a room to a suite.
- This offer cannot be combined with corporate rates, contract rates, group rates, or any other offers. Unused benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Offer is subject to availability, and blackout dates apply.
- A 13% service charge, 10% consumption tax, and a Kyoto accommodation tax (JPY 200 to JPY 1,000 per person per night) will be added to the total bill.
From 1 March 2026, a Kyoto accommodation tax will be revised to JPY 200 to 10,000 per person per night.
