Pan Pacific Purpose Trees
At Pan Pacific Whistler, we believe that hospitality should have heart and that small gestures can spark meaningful change.
Our Purpose Trees, located in the Lobbies of both hotels, invite you to take part in a simple act of kindness—one that helps lift lives near and far. Choose one of the three organizations that Pan Pacific Whistler supports through ongoing year-round initiatives, scan the QR code to donate, and tie a ribbon on the tree! Our charities of choice are:
- Canuck Place Children’s Hospice - Supporting children with life-threatening illnesses and their families.
- Whistler Food Bank - Providing essential food support to our local community.
- Whistler Animal Galore Shelter - Caring for and rehoming animals in need for the Sea to Sky community.

SEEK Bespoke Market
Come explore the Bespoke Market for a curated holiday shopping experience showcasing creative entrepreneurs including designers, small shop owners, and makers. Socially conscious shoppers will find a selection of items such as handcrafted jewellery, one-of-a-kind art, natural skincare, artisanal foods and beverages, slow fashion and home goods from 35+ vendors.

Whistler Pride and Ski Festival
Whistler is proud to host the annual Whistler Pride and Ski Festival, celebrating its 33rd year in 2026. One of the biggest and best gay and lesbian ski weeks in North America, the LGBTQI pride week features a packed events schedule of skiing, snowboarding and social events.

Whistler Children's Festival
The Whistler Children's Festival is back for its 43rd year! Whistler’s longest running festival engages children and families in arts and culture, urging them to explore creativity and let their imaginations run wild. Enjoy circus performers, science shows, hands-on workshops, and world-class children's entertainers. With interactive activities, roving performers, and plenty of free fun, it’s the perfect family-friendly getaway in the mountains!

Blueshore Whistler Half Marathon
The scenic running course is designed to showcase all that Whistler is - an amazing town nestled in the coast mountains of BC. With towering, glacier-capped mountains as the backdrop, it is no wonder that Whistler's only half marathon has made it to the must-do list for distance runners from across North America. Events include Half Marathon, 30K, 10K, 5K and Kids Run.

XFONDO
From the creators of the award-winning RBC GranFondo Whistler, XFONDO is back in Whistler! XFONDO is not an exclusive gravel cycling event, rather it's an adventure on all the terrain a bike can take you. It's a visceral experience, real and perceived with your new event buddies, sharing an experience that will be a full on challenge for all your skills. From winding gravel switchbacks to flowing descents framed by unreal mountain scenery (and a ton of mud just waiting to be sprayed), Whistler serves it up. The courses are 42 - 60K with an elevation of 1000 - 1300 metres.

Crankworx Whistler
Crankworx Whistler brings together the best riders and biggest bike fans in the world for 10 days of elite and amateur racing, slopestyle competitions, Kidsworx events, bike demos, expositions, and the chance to shred Whistler’s trails with other like-minded bike fans. While the festival has gone international, each year the global mountain bike community comes home to Whistler for the ultimate celebration of all things mountain bike.

RBC GranFondo Whistler
The RBC GranFondo Whistler is a stunning point-to-point cycling journey along the famous Sea to Sky Corridor between Vancouver and Whistler. There are distance options from 55 km to 122 km and all offer beautiful landscapes and a clear, traffic-free passage along the Sea to Sky Highway.

UCI Mountain Bike World Cup Downhill Whistler
The UCI Mountain Bike World Cup makes its Whistler debut in 2026 – a first for the event and a full-circle moment for a place that helped shape modern mountain biking. Watch the world’s fastest riders go full send on a purpose-built course that brings Whistler’s gravity roots to the global stage. It’s more than world-class racing. It’s a celebration of mountain bike culture set against the rugged beauty of Whistler. Be part of mountain bike history in the making.

Whistler 50 Relay & Ultra
Participate or cheer on athletes at this fun, athletic event that is open to everyone, with distances ranging from 10 KM to 50 KM. From first-time relay participants to experienced ultra-marathoners, there’s something for runners of all abilities, with both competitive and recreational categories. The course is centered around Whistler Olympic Plaza and Whistler’s incredible Lost Lake trails.

Whistler Writers Festival
The Whistler Writers Festival is an annual event celebrating the literary arts. It’s a chance to connect with the very best local, Canadian and international authors by attending workshops, readings, speaker panels, musical events and more.
