- Full prepayment is required and reservation is non-refundable.
- Advance reservations are required, and must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
- All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and rates are per room, per night and based on availability at the time of reservations.
- Rates are subject to Tourism Tax of MYR10 and RM3 for Penang Local Government Fee per room per night (chargeable upon check in).
- Subject to 10% service charge and 8% Sales and Services Tax.
