Terms and Conditions
- The Promotion applies to eligible stays at all Pan Pacific Hotels Group. The Promotion allows members to earn promotional DISCOVERY Dollars on completed eligible stays in addition to the Base DISCOVERY Dollars earned on those completed stays. The promotion runs from 18 May – 30 December 2026.
- Members must register for the Promotion within the promotional opt-in period (18 May – 30 November 2026) before completing their first eligible stay.
- Eligible bookings must be made during the promotional period through panpacific.com, Pan Pacific DISCOVERY App, ghadiscovery.com or GHA DISCOVERY app.
- Eligible stay must be completed within the stay period (18 May – 30 December 2026). The member must be checked out on or before 30 December 2026 for the stays to be considered towards promotion.
- Bookings made prior to 18 May 2026 will not be considered towards the Promotion.
- Members who have registered for the Promotion with the Promotional Opt-in period will receive D$25 after a second, D$50 after a third, and D$75 after a fourth to tenth eligible stay within the Promotional Stay period. No additional promotional D$ will be awarded for any further eligible stay within the Promotional Stay Period.
- Each eligible stay must be completed at a different participating property. Stays at the same property will not be counted multiple times towards the campaign requirement. For example, consecutive or repeated stays at a single property will be considered as one eligible stay only.
- A qualified eligible stay must have a minimum length of two (2) consecutive nights.
- A qualified eligible stay must not be booked under an Ineligible Rate (as defined below).
- The following ineligible rates do not qualify for earning Promotional Tier Nights:
- Rooms booked through any channel other than GHA’s website or app or the brand’s website or app.
- Room rates for airline staff and crew where rooms are pre-booked and paid for by the airline directly
- Travel-industry staff rates
- Other discounted rates
- Complimentary, free, traded, or bartered night stays, or stays in connection with gift certificates or other awards or vouchers
- Promotional D$ are awarded in addition to the Base D$ that are issued as a result of completing the eligible stay. Promotional D$ are subject to a limited expiry term of six (6) months from the date of issuance and are therefore excluded from the Base D$ expiration rules. Any Base D$ earned on a member’s stay will be subject to expiration based on standard tier-based expiration rules. This offer is subject to change or withdrawal without notice and is subject to availability.
